Her love of working out lead her to college as a competitive division I NCAA gymnast and pole vaulter, which ultimately lead to her profession as a personal trainer. Lindsay has over eight years of experience successfully training a wide variety of people. She has helped athletes with strength and speed and post pregnancy women get back to their ideal weight. She has helped with extreme weight loss, for some over one hundred pounds, and the elderly helping to maintain strength and flexibility.
